The well-known generosity of Lithuanian Canadians is the cornerstone of the Song Festival.
The Lithuanian Canadian Foundation ─ Patron of the Festival ─ has provided support from the outset, having donated over $100,000 directly to the event and $30,000 to Lithuanian choirs in Canada. The Foundation is also the sponsor of one of the new compositions commissioned especially for the Festival (“Daina Aš Gyvenu”). read more…

Calling all youth choirs!

Saulius Kliorys and Liudas Landsbergis have organized a weekend seminar on May 28-30 for high school and university students. The artistic director and conductors of the Festival concert will be on hand to work with youth choirs from Chicago, Toronto, Detroit and Cleveland.
Take advantage of this amazing opportunity to practice the repertoire, meet old and new friends, and enjoy beautiful Camp Dainava.

“Melodies of the Forest”: the encore

This committee is planning to end the Festival on a high note: the “Forest Melodies” gala. Guests will enjoy a scrumptious feast, mingle with friends, dance and sing some more.
