On April 16 Rita visited Philadelphia, renewing friendships and rehearsing with the choir “Laisvė”, directed byIlona Babinskienė. 

The next day, Rita continued eastward to New Jersey, where she met the members of the children’s choir “Varpelis” and youth choir “Vėjas” at a  joint, energetic rehearsal with director Birutė Mockienė. 

Later the same day, Rita (a.k.a. the Energizer Bunny) visited New York and dropped in on Gintarė Bukauskienė and Birutė Mockienė, who were rehearsing with the singers at Maironis Saturday school.
